Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 August 2026

Not financial advice. DeFi Pulse Tracker is an information tool. It aggregates third-party news headlines and public price data. Nothing it displays is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and you may lose all of your capital.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the DeFi Pulse Tracker browser extension ("the Extension") or by using this website ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install the Extension and do not use the Site.

2. What the Extension does

The Extension displays cryptocurrency news headlines gathered from public RSS feeds, together with price information retrieved from a public price API, inside the Chrome side panel. It provides search, filtering, a right-click context action, and locally stored favourites. It is a read-only reader: it does not connect to wallets, does not hold funds, does not execute trades and cannot sign transactions.

3. No advice, no reliance

Content shown in the Extension and on the Site is provided for general information only. It does not constitute financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting or tax advice, and it is not a solicitation or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. You should seek independent professional advice before acting on any information you encounter.

4. Third-party content

Headlines, summaries, publisher names and price figures originate with third parties. The developer does not author, verify, endorse or control that content, and does not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, current or free from bias. Prices may be delayed or incorrect. Links open the original publisher's website, which is governed by that publisher's own terms and privacy policy.

5. Availability

The Extension and the Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Feeds and APIs operated by third parties may change, rate-limit or become unavailable at any time, which may interrupt or degrade functionality.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Extension or the Site — whether or not the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Acceptable use

8. Intellectual property

The Extension's name, interface and code remain the property of the developer. Third-party marks, publisher names and protocol names referenced in aggregated headlines belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Google Chrome and the Chrome Web Store are trademarks of Google LLC; the Extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC.

9. Privacy

Use of the Extension and the Site is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and termination

These terms may be updated from time to time; the revised version takes effect when published on this page. You may stop using the Extension at any time by removing it from your browser.

11. Contact

Enquiries can be sent to the developer contact address listed on the Chrome Web Store listing.
